1 How to get a quotation from Coza Hardware?

Quotation usually takes 12-48hours. We can provide quotation in 12 hours if we can get below detail information during working days. In order communicate in a more efficient way, please provide us the following information together with your inquiry. 1) Detailed drawings ( CAD/PDF/DWG/IGS/STEP/JPG file is available ) 2) Preferable material, and your application environment. (If our engineer have a better solution on material and surface treatment for you, would you like to know more? If yes, send us your WhatsApp number, we can have an audio talk) 3) Preferable surface treatment/Finishing. 4) Order volume plan (per order/per month/annual). 5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery way and lead time requirement.

2. How do we guarantee the deliver time? 1) PMC department schedule up production plan once order confirmed.

2) We have production meeting every Monday morning to report the manufacture status and discuss the problems. 3) If any problem happened during production period, all related team members will pay much attention to it and solve the problem in time.

4. Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

Yes. We will offer a detailed production schedule and send reports with digital pictures which show the production process.

5. How to pay for the order?

There are 4 options to pay the order, Kindly choose the most suitable way for you to arrange it.

1) Telegraphic Transfer (TT), we have HK bank, US bank account for your options.

6. How can I get sample?

1) We offer free stock-sample to show you craft detail, you pay for shipping cost.

2) For sample of your own design, you needs to pay for the mold set up charges plus sample handling charge. Samples production takes 5-7 working days after set up charge received & size drawing approval.

7. What Shipping Method?

Most of the goods were sent out by international airway express company like DHL, UPS, FedEx.

Usually takes around 3-7 working days (door to door service).If you have your courier account, we will provide you shipping contact information, you can schedule it with your courier company.

Besides, we can arrange shipment via train or seaway.

8. Can you do me a special favor if I need the products urgently?

Yes, you need to tell us your difficulty, we are glade to help for special cases. We can work overtime to settle it. But please do not abuse it.

9. I want our product design non-disclosure to any other people or companies; can we sign NDA?

Sure, we don’t display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.
