Yes. We will offer a detailed production schedule and send reports with digital pictures which show the production process.

There are 4 options to pay the order, Kindly choose the most suitable way for you to arrange it. 1) Telegraphic Transfer (TT), we have HK bank, US bank account for your options.

2) Paypal for small sample order

1) We offer free stock-sample to show you craft detail, you pay for shipping cost.

2) For sample of your own design, you needs to pay for the mold set up charges plus sample handling charge. Samples production takes 5-7 working days after set up charge received & size drawing approval.

Most of the goods were sent out by international airway express company like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. Usually takes around 3-7 working days (door to door service).If you have your courier account, we will provide you shipping contact information, you can schedule it with your courier company. Besides, we can arrange shipment via train or seaway.

Yes, you need to tell us your difficulty, we are glade to help for special cases. We can work overtime to settle it. But please do not abuse it.
